If you're passionate about animals, farming, and working outdoors, our Teen Farmers Club is the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience on a real working farm.
Designed for teenagers who are ready to take on more responsibility, this club provides a practical insight into day-to-day farm life while developing confidence, teamwork, and valuable life skills. Whether you're considering a future career in agriculture, animal care, or simply enjoy being outdoors, you'll be involved in genuine farm tasks that make a real difference.
Every session is varied and follows the changing seasons, so there's always something new to learn.
Activities may include:
Feeding and caring for a wide range of livestock
Animal handling and welfare
Mucking out and maintaining animal housing
Sheep, goat and alpaca husbandry
Assisting with lambing and kidding (seasonal)
Fence repairs and basic farm maintenance
Growing fruit and vegetables
Working as part of a team on real farm projects
As members gain experience and confidence, they'll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and develop practical skills that can support future education or employment.
Teen Farmers Club is suitable for young people aged 13–16 years who enjoy being outdoors, aren't afraid to get their hands dirty, and are keen to get involved in real farm life. No previous farming experience is necessary—just enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
Our Teen Farmers take part in a wide range of practical activities, from feeding livestock and mucking out to maintenance projects, conservation work, and seasonal farm jobs. While there will certainly be opportunities to spend time with our friendly animals, this is a working farm, and the focus is on learning practical skills and helping with the day-to-day running of the farm.
If you're looking for a session that's all about cuddling animals, this probably isn't the right group for you. However, if you're excited to roll up your sleeves, work as part of a team, and experience real farm life, you'll fit right in.
Farm work can be muddy and takes place in all weather conditions, so we recommend:

My son visits this farm once a week through school . He has ADHD and ASD and everyone at the farm have really made an impact on his life in general! We were very kindly invited as a family to visit and see what H gets up to on his visits . We all had the best time the whole feel of the farm is relaxing, Calm and Happy 😊. All the animals are so very well looked after which you can tell by how affectionate they are ❤️. Thank you.

We had such a lovely experience during our visit, feeding the lamb and holding the baby goats. Zenan was a great tour guide.

This has been on my bucket list for a very long time but I didn't want to do it in a crowded environment with lots of people who may scare the animals. Frampton Farm was exceptional we had a private visit of 4 adults it was educational and a lot of fun interacting with the baby lambs and goats and all the other animals that are looked after on the farm. We were lucky enough to feed the lambs and the whole experience was so memorable. We have a grandson who is 2 and we hope to return with him next year when is a little bit older and understands more. Thank you to Karen and the team for an amazing experience we highly recommend this experience.

An outstanding visit. The owners have really taken a corner of the market in an excellent fashion. I’ve taken most of my Grandchildren round and each experience has been different, but just as enjoyable!! An excellent attraction!
