We’re overjoyed to share some incredible news—our Crowdfunding campaign has reached its goal! Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we now have funding to offer a full year of free Care Farming sessions at Friends of Frampton Farm.
This means that for the next 12 months, neurodivergent young adults and individuals with social, emotional, and mental health needs can benefit from weekly therapeutic care farming experiences completely free of charge.
A Heartfelt Thank You
This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the amazing support of:
Crowdfund Kent
Kent County Council
NHS Kent & Medway
Folkestone Lions
Cornwallis East Kent Freemasons Charity
…and to the many individual donors who shared our campaign and helped spread the word—thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your support is helping to create meaningful, life-changing opportunities.
The Power of Care Farming
Care farming combines time outdoors, connection with nature, and practical farm-based activities to improve wellbeing, build confidence, and develop social and life skills. By providing a safe, welcoming space, our farm will now allow young people to:
Develop practical skills and confidence
Connect with others and make friends
Feel part of a supportive working farm community
Enjoy the therapeutic benefits of nature and routine
Join Us!
We can’t wait to welcome our new participants to the farm. If you’re interested in joining or referring someone to the programme, you can still register your interest here .
Thank you to everyone who has believed in the power of nature, community, and inclusion. Together, we’re making a real difference in people’s lives—one farm session at a time.
